Imagine a place where people come together, share ideas, and lift each other up—a place where everyone belongs, and no one is left behind. That’s what a Community Interest Company (CIC) like ours is all about. It’s not just a business; it’s a purpose-driven hub for creating real, meaningful change.
But the magic of a CIC doesn’t happen in isolation. It thrives on the power of community—our community. Together, we can build something extraordinary.
What Makes a CIC Different?
CICs aren’t like regular businesses. They exist to serve a purpose, reinvesting every penny of profit back into their work. Our work. That means everything we do is aimed at helping people grow, connect, and thrive.
We’re here to:
- Support individuals who need a guiding hand, whether it’s in work, well-being, life, or business.
- Create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and inspired.
- Empower our community to dream bigger and achieve more.
When you join a CIC like ours, you’re not just joining an organization—you’re becoming part of something bigger.
Why Our Community Matters
Our CIC isn’t just about helping a community—it’s about helping our community. This is a shared space for people who want to grow, support each other, and create futures that truly matter.
- Maybe you’re looking for guidance, resources, or a sense of direction.
- Maybe you’re an expert in your field, ready to share your knowledge and make a difference.

Let’s Build This Together
We are Founding Futures CIC, it’s our name, our vision, our goal. We are Founding Futures, affectionally we call it WAFF – is all about creating something bigger—together. A space where opportunities grow, barriers come down, and everyone feels like they belong. We believe that there should be no solo journeying and that professional coaching, mentoring, or business strategy support should be available to all, not only those who can afford premium price tags!
Whether you’re here to find support, share your expertise, or connect with like-minded people, this is your community. It’s about real connections, shared purpose, and making a genuine impact.
Together, we can shape a future that works for everyone. We can’t wait to connect with you, work with you, or support you!
