About Us: Our Vision, Mission & Values

Founding Futures CIC

Supporting people to be healthier, happier, more connected humans

Creating stronger lives. Better futures. Together.

They reflect the world we’re building, the people we walk alongside and the promise behind every action we take.

Our Vision

A world where no one is invisible and no one has to carry life alone.

A world where people are healthier, happier and more connected.
Where support is a right, not a privilege.
Where confidence is rebuilt, connection is restored, and everyone has a real path forward, no matter where they start.

Where stronger lives strengthen families, and stronger families create better futures — together.

Our Mission

To make human, real-life support accessible to the people who need it most.

We remove the barriers that keep support out of reach and meet people where they are, not where they’re “supposed” to be. Through accredited coaching and mentoring, training, practical start-up business support, wellbeing and nature-based programmes — all within inclusive community spaces — we help people rebuild confidence, restore self-belief, and create new possibilities for their lives.

By strengthening individuals, we strengthen families, and by strengthening families, we help build healthier, happier and more connected communities.

Our Work Is:

Evidence-based, human-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in lived experience. We design support around real life, not ideal circumstances, removing financial, emotional and systemic barriers so people can access what they need, when they need it.

Inclusive, community-powered support

Practical tools, not performance metrics

Evidence-based, accredited and professional, trauma-informed practice

Values-led leadership and collaboration

Shared impact that lifts people and communities together

The Futures We’re Building: this is the long-term change our work contributes to.

We help create futures where support, equity, and possibility are within reach. We’re not here to soften broken systems, we’re here to reimagine them.

Futures where young people shape their own path.
Where workers and rebuilders are supported to move forward with confidence.
Where aspiring entrepreneurs aren’t shut out by gatekeeping.
Where families aren’t carrying everything alone.
Where communities are connected, resilient, and truly belong.

Because when people are fully seen and supported, we don’t just change lives.
We change systems and build better futures for everyone.

And Our Values?

COMMUNITY | IMPACT | CHANGE.

They shape everything. From the way we work, to the spaces we hold.

They’re not just written down.
They’re lived, felt, and carried forward every day.

COMMUNITY FIRST: We build with people, not for them.

Community is the foundation of everything we do.
We create brave, inclusive spaces where people are seen, heard and supported with dignity.
Belonging is not a by-product of our work, it is intentionally designed.

This is how Community | Impact | Change becomes real.

We live these through three non-negotiable standards:

FIERCE COMPASSION: Care with clarity. Support with standards.

We lead with empathy and boundaries. Our work is trauma-informed, human and emotionally intelligent, supporting growth without rescuing, and care without burnout.

BOLD DISRUPTION: We challenge systems that don’t serve real lives.

We don’t accept exclusion, gatekeeping or one-size-fits-all models. We name what’s broken, question what’s normal, and design support that should have existed all along.

ACCESSIBLE BY DESIGN: If it isn’t usable, it isn’t accessible.

We remove barriers before we build anything — financial, emotional, physical or systemic — so support fits real life, not ideal circumstances. We design for real cognitive load, using small steps, plain language, and one thing at a time. Accessibility includes how support is delivered, not just who can access it.

Supported By:

DIFFERENCE AS POWER: Lived experience is insight, not deficit.

We centre difference, complexity and lived experience. We design from the margins because that’s where meaningful, lasting change begins.

MINDFUL IN ACTION: Intentional, evidence-led, accountable.

We act with purpose, not urgency. Our work is reflective, ethical and grounded in what actually works, prioritising sustainability over speed.

SHARED IMPACT: Change grows when it’s collective.

We collaborate rather than compete, creating ripple effects that strengthen individuals, families and communities together.

These are not aspirations.
They are the standards we work to, every day, in every space we hold.
