A.C.C.E.S.S. Model ™

An Access to Opportunity Framework

Delivered by Founding Futures CIC

Access to life-changing support should not depend on privilege.

At Founding Futures CIC, everything we create is built around one simple belief:

Potential is everywhere. Access to support isn’t.

Too many people have ideas they have never had the support to explore. Skills they have not had the chance to develop. Dreams they have quietly talked themselves out of. Futures that deserve a real shot, but have been shaped by money, confidence, connections and closed doors.

We exist to change that.

The Founding Futures A.C.C.E.S.S. Model™ is our framework, explaining the heart of what we do across our programmes, communities, workshops, partnerships and funded opportunities.

It is how we take expert coaching, mentoring and strategy support out of exclusive spaces and put it into the hands of people who may not otherwise be able to access it.

Because someone’s future should never be decided by whether they can afford the right support, know the right people, or feel confident enough to walk into rooms that were never designed with them in mind.

What is the A.C.C.E.S.S. Model ?

The Founding Futures A.C.C.E.S.S. Model™ brings together six connected pillars:

Access. Community. Confidence. Expert Support. Strategy. Self-belief.

These pillars are not separate steps or a fixed journey.

They work together to create the conditions people need to move forward.

Sometimes someone needs practical advice.
Sometimes they need confidence.
Sometimes they need community.
Sometimes they need expert guidance.
Sometimes they need a clear next step.
Sometimes they need all of that at once.

That is what this model is designed to hold.

It gives structure to the way we create support that is expert, human, accessible and rooted in real life.

The six pillars of A.C.C.E.S.S.

A is for Access

Access is the starting point.

We remove barriers that keep people away from expert support, whether those barriers are financial, practical, emotional, social or systemic.

Access means creating spaces where people can step in as they are, without needing to already have the money, language, confidence or network that often opens doors elsewhere.

It is the difference between an idea being explored or buried.
A person feeling seen or staying invisible.
A future opening up or quietly closing down.

C is for Community

Nobody should have to build their future alone.

Community gives people a place to be seen, ask questions, share honestly, learn alongside others and feel less isolated while they grow.

It is not just about being surrounded by people.

It is about being in the right kind of space: one where people feel supported enough to show up, connected enough to keep going and safe enough to begin believing that something else might be possible.

C is for Confidence

Confidence is not about being loud, polished or fearless.

For many people, confidence begins quietly.

It begins when someone feels seen.
When they realise their idea matters.
When they take one step and see that they can.
When they begin to trust their own judgement again.

At Founding Futures, we help people build confidence in grounded, practical ways, through support, action, reflection and evidence.

Because confidence is often the bridge between potential and action.

E is for Expert Support

People deserve the real thing.

Not watered-down support.
Not vague encouragement.
Not a surface-level version of coaching, mentoring or strategy.

Real expert support.

We bring high-quality coaching, mentoring, business strategy, wellbeing-informed practice, reflective space and practical guidance into accessible, real-life spaces.

That might be through community programmes, schools, start-up support, organisational partnerships or funded opportunities.

Expert support should not only be available to people already in privileged rooms.

S is for Strategy

Hope matters, but people also need a way forward.

Strategy helps people turn ideas, uncertainty, overwhelm and possibility into practical next steps.

For one person, that might mean shaping a business idea.
For another, it might mean understanding what they need next.
For a young person, it might mean seeing new choices and pathways.
For an organisation, it might mean creating better support for the people they serve or employ.

Strategy helps people make sense of what is in front of them and move forward in a way that is realistic, human and possible.

S is for Self-belief

Self-belief is what begins to grow when people are supported well.

When someone has access to the right guidance, they begin to believe their questions are valid.

When they are part of a community, they begin to realise they are not alone.

When they build confidence, they begin to trust themselves again.

When they receive expert support and clear strategy, they begin to see that there is a way forward.

Self-belief is not something we ask people to magically find before they begin.

We create the conditions where it can grow.

Why this is our framework

The A.C.C.E.S.S. Model is our framework because it explains how Founding Futures CIC works at every level.

It shapes our business start-up support.
It shapes SUSS Club.
It shapes our wellbeing and inner pathway work.
It shapes our work with young people.
It shapes our partnerships with organisations, schools, community spaces and employers.

Our programmes may look different on the surface, but they are all built from the same belief:

People move forward when they have access to the right support, the right people, the right conversations and the right opportunities.

That is why we do not separate business support from confidence, or strategy from community, or opportunity from wellbeing.

People are whole people.

They do not arrive with one neat problem, and they do not move forward through one neat solution.

The A.C.C.E.S.S. Model allows us to support the person, the idea, the confidence, the strategy and the future they are trying to build.

What this creates

Through the A.C.C.E.S.S. Model, we help people move from:

Feeling shut out to feeling supported.
Feeling isolated to feeling connected.
Feeling unsure to feeling clearer.
Feeling stuck to taking practical steps.
Feeling unseen to recognising their own possibility.

This is more than a model.

It is a commitment.

A commitment to make expert support more accessible.
A commitment to open doors that have been closed for too long.
A commitment to back people with ideas, skills, dreams and futures that deserve a real shot.
A commitment to build community around people while they find their way forward.

Because potential is everywhere.

Access to support is not.

And we are here to change that.
